These guys were busy, but they still gave me great customer service. I was only needing a few small nickel and dime items and they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If you need nuts, bolts, fasteners, D-rings or anything of that nature, check these guys out.

The folks here are always so helpful. We've misplaced hardware or needed an uncommon piece a few times and they always have what we need and are happy to help, we really appreciate it.

Thank You! The selection and staff has saved my cheeks several times now. They always have what I need, or direct me to the correct place to get what I need. No surprise there's often a line out the door.

I don’t often write reviews, but after walking into Fasteners and Fire Equipment Co, being greeted with respect and professionalism, thanked for my service, and given exactly what I was looking for all within 5 minutes of stepping inside the door, I couldn't help but give them a 5 star review. It’s companies like Fasteners and Fire Equipment Co and the people working there that make my job so much more worth it. I highly recommend them to all looking for any hardware.

If you need it they have it. Tried several other stores and remembered Fasteners from my construction days. Went there, they are very knowledgeable and they help you find what your looking for. They don't point to an isle and say it may be over there. They get it for you. Amazing customer service.

I have only gone twice to them but both times they were helpful and had what I needed. The trip today was the best yet. I have a motorcycle that I am learning how to do my own repairs and upgrades on. Sheared off the bolt that holds on the front sprocket. The dealership said a week to get the bolt. I went here and not only did they have the right bolt he explained the difference between grade 5 and 10 bolts to help me figure out which one would work for my needs. If you need it check here first they are professional and provide great customer service. Even just walking in the door ( I didn't know it at the time ) But a woman held the door open for me upon entering. She was an employee. Can't recommend them enough. I will skip the dealership in the future unless this store doesn't have it and can't get it.

Highly recommended for hard/er to find hardware items. Local Go To hardware store for hardware not found at big home improvement box stores. This location on International has “Saved Me” on more than one occasion completing projects with hardware not found elsewhere in Anchorage. If you’re looking for obscure or hard to find hardware, don’t even bother with the big national chain home improvement stores and just go here first. It will save you a trip from Striking out elsewhere. Working in trades, this place is a gem for contractors of all trades. Staff has been great over the years always providing excellent service. Highly recommended! I’ll be back again.
